• 1 fully-equipped Kitchen with electric cooking plate (4 plates) and hood, a stainless steel sink with 2 bowls (no dishwasher), ceiling fan, 1 large fridge 'special Tropic' equipped with a bacteria filter and a freezer.  Adequately equipped with sets of cutlery, glasses, cups, bowls, plates, dishes, pans, and pots (in new condition).  Modern Chandelier with three glass lamps.
• 1 dressing room with shelves and hangers.

• Electricity (supplied by P.U.C.).
• All ceiling fans are great sizes with an option of three speeds.  Each air-conditioned unit has a remote control.
