Show – Main Restaurant:
The main restaurant at Tamassa tempts guests with lavish buffet breakfasts and lunches, and both ‘à la carte’ and sumptuous buffet dinners.  The concept is exciting and theatrical, based on open kitchens where you can see the chefs at work, preparing their range of international dishes.  Fruit and salads, along with a traditional pizza oven prove perennially popular, while three other food stations focus on European, South-East Asian and either Indian or Lebanese cuisines.  The modern elegance of the surroundings reflects the culinary temptations: beams of light shimmer, shades of orange merge with cubic shapes, and the restaurant terrace overlooks the gleaming swimming pool.

B-Bar – Lounge Bar:
Contemporary elegance sets the tone at this bright and cheerful lounge bar, where shades of white, blue and ochre mirror nature and wood surfaces add a warm glow to chic steel and glass fittings.  At lunchtime, B Bar serves highly original appetizers, such as raspberry gaspacho or Thai prawns with ginger and lemon comfits.  By evening, mood lighting reflects on the decorative blue tiling and ivory coloured floors.  What better place to sink back into large armchairs around the bar and try some excellent Mauritian rums, inventive cocktails or a wide variety of international wines, beers, spirits and liqueurs.
