*GENERAL CONDITIONS

• “Serenity plus”

- Is available from the time clients arrive at the hotel until they depart, regardless of the
check-in/check-out time
- For guests residing in Mauritius, “Serenity plus” is available as from check-in time up to 6 p.m. on the departure date
- Is for personal consumption only

• No compensation in cash or kind will be offered for non-consumed items

• Visits

- Daily “All-Inclusive” fee payable at the entrance gate for any visitor wishing to have access to the hotel
- Guests residing at the hotel are requested to inform the Reception when expecting a visit so that prior arrangements are made with the staff at the gate

• Restaurants

- The hotel reserves the right to close up to two restaurant throughout the year

• Bars

Closing hours

- Le Sirius Bar : 10 p.m.

- Blue Bay Bar : 11.30 p.m.

- From 11.30 p.m. to 12.30 a.m. drinks will be served on request at the Blue Bay Bar,

with supplement.

• Conditions attached to the free 45-minute massage
- Minimum stay of 4 nights required
- This massage is reserved to guests as from 18 years old
