EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION – GRAND BAIE
Ocean Villas is located in Grand Baie – the resort area in Mauritius. Distance to city centre: 2 – 3 kms, within very easy access (bus stop in front of hotel, every 10 minutes, or by taxi (~€2, 5 minutes). The town is within walking distance (30 mins walk) but beware of sunburns ☺.
Shops, fancy and family restaurants, supermarkets, souvenirs within proximity, i.e. in a 500m radius, towards Pointe aux Cannoniers
Away from the bustling city centre and yet very close enough to get there, Ocean Villas invites you to admire, from its beach, a panoramic view of the bay, in quietness, in a chic residential area of Grand Baie. Boutiques and nightlife are, nevertheless less than 5 minutes by car; while one of the longest and nicest beaches in Mauritius, Mont-Choisy,

RESTAURANT & BAR
The lounge bar next to the swimming pool serves a light meals (11:00 – 19 :00) and
gourmet dining in the evening (19:00 – 21:30).Tropical cocktails / drinks available up to 23:00.
Located near to the beach, the seaview restaurant is open for the buffet breakfast
(07:30 – 10:00) and half board dinner (19:00 – 22:00).

A la carte menu available for ‘bed & breakfast’ guests or non-residents.

Breakfast served at the seaview restaurant daily from 07:30 to10:00, consisting of a buffet of croissants, baguette, toasts, cake, tropical fruits, jam, butter, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, fruit
juice, coffee / Mauritian tea / hot chocolate, and hot items: pancakes, waffles, fried / boiled / scrambled eggs / omelette, bacon, sausages.
The dinner, also at the restaurant, near to the swimming pool, is served as from 19:30. While European dishes fusionned with local ingredients (and served with either rice / pasta / potatoes / bread) are presented to you during the week, Creole menu, barbecue night, Mauritian buffet, Indian menu, Chinese buffet are also worth a try. Musical entertainment at least 3 times a week. Upon request, kiddies menu are available and vegetarians won't be left apart either. A credit is possible if guests wish to eat our gourmet menu at the lounge bar.
ALL INCLUSIVE
All Inclusive package consists of soft drinks, selection of tropical cocktails, alcohol and spirits bottled locally (rum, whisky and local liqueurs) available from 11am to11pm at the lounge bar.
Light snacks and meals are provided from 11am and 10pm.
The package starts at 2pm on your check in day and ends at 11am on checkout day. Any
consumption offered to another person will be billed to you and not included in the package.
Guests are reminded that they should sign upon consumption, for internal control purposes. Children’s orders will be taken with parents’ approval.
All guests who are neither on half board nor on all inclusive may consume at the restaurant and bar, à la carte and also the daily menu.
Musical entertainment is organised a few times per week, while the sega folkloric dance is scheduled regularly. Clients on half board have a varied and international cuisine : European, Creole and Asian. While we prepare Halal dishes, our kitchen is versatile and not Halal certified.
