33 sqm including balcony or terrace; The popular De-Luxe
rooms are furnished in a classic tropical style. All
29 Deluxe rooms are equipped with ensuite Bathroom with
bidet in addition to the facilities available in every
Maritim room.
Prestige Rooms
Decked out over 67 sqm including balcony or terrace;
The Prestige rooms are elegantly fitted-out with a light
tone plaited wooden furniture and decorated with sea-blue
cotton and silk fabrics. Equipped with large bathroom
comprising of a bathtub and separate shower, independent
toilets with bidet, separate double washbasins. Internet
access and 2 telephones are also installed for your
use.
Junior Suites
Lying over 78 sqm including terrace or balcony; The
Junior Suites are delicately decorated with pastel green
fabrics and furnished with dark wood furniture. The

Presidential Suites

GOLF
The Maritim hosts a 9-hole Par 29 golf course designed
by Graham Marsh and our Golf Pro. Each hole can be played
from two different tees and there is a driving range
and putting green also available for you to hone your
skills when you are not on the fairways. The Golf Pro
is available for individual lessons, beginners and advanced
courses. There is no green fee for residents. Clubs
can be hired and the course is available daily from
08.00 - 18.00 hrs.

GYM
Located next to the pool and adjacent to the Wellness
Centre, the gym is spread across 150 sqm. This air-conditioned
fitness area is equipped with a selection of modern
fitness equipment. The gym is available daily from 08.00
- 22.00 hrs.
HORSE RIDING
Open from Monday to Friday 09.00 - 15.00 hrs,
the stables and the corral are located in the
upper part of the Hotel grounds. There 8-12 horses
and ponies. Lessons in the corral can be booked
by residents.
TENNIS :3 Floodlit Tennis Courts. If you are
interested in tennis you will have the opportunity
to hone your skills in tropical climes on our
private courts. Rackets are also available from
the Hotel should you leave yours at home! |

SPA : FU SUI AN
FU SUI AN meaning 'Wind', Water and Simple pavillion
thatch' is a Japanese style self-contained modern complex.
It comprises sauna & steam bath, cold plunge, power
shower and an outdoor relaxation area.The Health &
Beauty Centre is open daily from 08.00 - 22.00 hrs.
Also at your disposal during your stay are hairdresser,
beautician, massage, pedicure and manicure services.

WATER SPORTS
The boat house is open daily 09.30 - 17.00 hrs. It is
fully equipped for all kinds of water sports. They are
all free of charge to guests and are not subject to
any time limits. Collective lessons for skiing and windsurfing
are also free.
Additional water sports include:

- Glass-bottom boat trips.
Diving Centre is also equipped to take 10 divers on
2 dives per day. Equipment available includes tanks,

Mountain Hiking Tours: Explore one of the peaks of
the Port Louis / Moka mountain range with one of our guides
during your stay on the island. You will be assured breathtaking
natural beauty and a memorable experience.
Under-sea Walk & Blue Safaris : Enjoy the depths
and discover the undersea world as you have never before
imagined. Whether you prefer a mini-sub experience or an
under-sea walk, we are sure the lagoons of Mauritius will
leave you awe.
Big Game Fishing : A fleet of motor yachts are available
for half and full day charters. Trips start directly from
the Hotel jetty (no transport required) and the equipment
onboard is according IGFA standards.
Sailing Cruises : A comfortable sailing yacht is
available in front of the Hotel. The program of day cruises
includes trips to Port Louis, Grand Baie, Coin De Mire and
the outer islands as well as leisurely sunset cruises.
Para-sailing : This is also available directly from
the Hotel jetty. The sessions are available in booking slots
of 15 mins each for a small fee.
Bicycle Tours : Hire your bicycle from the Hotel
for a minimal fee and tour through the tropical country
side of Mauritius with your own Hotel guide.
KIDS CLUB : The Turtle Club
Open daily from 09.00 - 16.00 hrs, the Turtle Club is a
small house consisting of a game / TV room, kitchen, toilets
and a verandah where hostesses take care of children from
3-12 years old. The facility includes games, toys, children's'
videos, a children's playground and daily children's program.
Also available is the children's dinner with a special menu

to choose from, you are assured wonderfully varied and

RestAURANTS
The Belle Vue
At 546 sqm, the Belle Vue is Maritim's main restaurant
seating 300. This terrace restaurant rests upon a split-level
platform under an atmospheric expansive wooden roof.
Breakfast: 07.30 - 10.30 hrs Buffet with an extensive
selection of hot and cold dishes, home-made bread, tropical
fruits, cereals, pastries etc.
Dinner: 18.30 - 22.30 hrs 5 times a week different
buffets or barbecues are laid on. On the other days,
guests are invited to sample table d'hôte menus
with several choices for the various courses.
Once seated at your table, you are treated to excellent
views over the pool and the sea. Vegetarian meals are
also available.
Mon Désir - Gourmet Restaurant
The 180 sqm Mon Désir Restaurant is open from
Monday to Saturday, evenings 19.00 - 23.00 hrs. Mon
Désir seats 40 guests. An à la Carte restaurant
par excellence, here you are invited to try international
delicacies in the sumptuous intimacy of this air- conditioned
venue. Guests on half-board tariffs receive a credit
of Rs.350 each.

La Marée
- Beach Restaurant
Seafood specialities and other grillades are served in the
rustic atmosphere that is La Marée. Open daily for
lunch from 12.00 - 15.00 hrs, guests enjoy a 'plat du jour'
as well as a grill selection. La Marée offers 80 covers
and is also open 5 evenings a week from 19.00 - 23.00 hrs.

BARS
The Quarter Deck
This is the main bar perched on the sea with incredible views
over the whole bay. It proudly portrays a distinctive maritime
ambience. A snack menu is available throughout the day. Happy
Hour: 17.00 - 19.00 hrs from Monday to Sunday with live music.
The Pool Lounge
Overlooking the pool, relax in comfort. Afternoon tea with
homemade pastries and fresh crêpes are available as
you soak up the sun and the view before you.
The Beach Bar
Nicely situated amidst the palm trees on the beachfront. Drinks,
snacks and grills are available during the day.
