Consist of 62 villas and 5 suites hidden in the leafy canopy, lush, castaway sanctuary with granite boulders, hilly jungle and a shore indented with pirate coves each with expansive deck, infinity-edge plunge pool, outdoor shower and sunset views of the bay.

Garden-View Villa
The Garden-View Villas are located in the lower section of the resort adjacent to Kannel Restaurant, Kannel Bar, the beach and a short walk from the Kaz Lobby, the ZEZ Restaurant and ZEZ Lounge and other resort facilities. These villas offer views of the surrounding tropical forest, the resort lagoon and manicured lawns around. They are ideal for those guests who travel with young children and/or prefer to be in close proximity to the resort facilities.

Ocean-View Villa
Identical to the Garden-View Villas in terms of layout, design, features and size, the Ocean-View Villas are located in the middle section of the resort and offer selected views of the Petite Anse Bay.

Hilltop Ocean-View Villa
The Hilltop Ocean-View Villas are located in the upper section of the resort and offer unforgettable picturesque views of the Petite Anse Bay combined with the incomparable beauty of the Indian Ocean and its shades of turquoise and blue. Offering the ultimate privacy and seclusion, these villas are ideal for those guests who look for a unique luxurious experience, comfort, relaxation and impressive views.

Ocean-View Two-Bedroom Suite
This 524 sq.m large duplex suite is located in the middle section of the resort's South Hill overlooking the tropical forest and the Petite Anse Bay. It comprises three villas, all with the ocean view - two separate bedrooms on the lower level, one with a king and one with two queen beds and a third villa on the upper level with living and dining space for up to six persons; altogether they offer 211sq.m of indoor living space and are interconnected through the 235 sq. exterior deck with a large pool and a whirlpool as its centrepoint (78 sq.m ) under open sky.

Hilltop Ocean-View Two-Bedroom Suite
Identical in layout, features and design as the Ocean-View Two-Bedroom Suite, these 2 suites provide a larger living space with 229 sq.m with a total surface of 542 sq.m inclusive of exterior deck size of 235 sq.m and a swimming pool with a whirlpool at its centerpoint (78sqm). They provide for unrivalled views of the picturesque Petite Anse cove and the beauty of the surrounding waters of the Mahé Island. Located on the highest level of the Resort's Accommodations, they offer the ultimate striking views, seclusion and luxury.
Two-Bedroom Presidential Suite
This stunning two-storey haven amidst the trees is located in the lower part of the resort, just a short stroll away from the white-sand beach and offering supreme views of the Indian Ocean. Three separate pavilions stretch out over 734 sq.m :a two-storey central structure for living and dining space is coupled with two separate one-storey bedroom pavilions at the lower level (1 king bedroom and 1 with two queen beds). The 256 sq.m of indoor space is complemented by 399 sq. m of exterior deck ideal for entertaining and private functions. The suite design is enriched with water features and also accommodates a large 79 sq. swimming pool and whirlpool as its centerpoint.

Three-Bedroom Royal Suite
Tucked into the lush tropical vegetation and sitting on Jurassic granite, this suite is larger than life sprawling over 859sq.m of pure discreet luxury! Located in the lower part, at the end of a pathway in the most intimate and secluded area of the resort, where the waves of the Indian Ocean provide a soothing background orchestra, the suite offers up-close magnificent views of the tropical forest, the white-sand beach, Petite Anse Bay and the beautiful colors of the Indian Ocean. With four separate pavilions, the main two-storey villa offers a lavish living and dining area for up to 8 people, a study room and a pantry; the outside deck features a large centrally appointed pool and a whirlpool, a dining area and multiple chaise lounges. The three separate, one storey bedrooms equal each the size and comfort of the one-bedroom villas (2 King and 1 with two queen beds), and have direct access by a footpath to the beach.

The recreation and water-sports pavilion is located close to the beach and offers a range of activities that includes:

Outdoor Pool
The 517-square-metre (5,565-square-foot) pool is located just a few steps from the beach. Guests can relax on one of the Sun bed and enjoy poolside dining and refreshments.

Fitness facilities
The Fitness Centre offers 128 square meters (1,380 square feet) of workout facilities that include state-of-the-art Techno gym equipment, each machine with its own television and headset for private entertainment. Complimentary exercise wear is available, including shorts, shirts, gym shoes and socks. Personal training with certified trainers is available by reservation.

The Fitness Centre is open to guests 13 years of age and older

Spa
Located at the top of the hill, with spectacular views of Petite Anse and the entire Resort, the Spa is designed with a focus on solitude and seclusion. Five individual spa pavilions offer beautiful views of the Indian Ocean.

A 54-square-metre (580-square-foot) yoga pavilion is connected to the Spa entrance by a timber deck.

The Spa is a safe haven that reconnects guests with nature and offers an in-depth holistic experience. Featuring treatments that are indigenous to Seychelles, the Spa incorporates fusion techniques from India and other Asian traditions.

The Spa's treatments incorporate local herbs and spices and follow ancient recipes. Massages, body scrubs and wraps, facials and foot and hand treatments are offered in harmony with island traditions. Spa rituals incorporate herbal tonics, organic teas from the island and, for our specialty packages, personalised spa cuisine. Yoga and meditation activities balance energy centers to bring harmony and peace, while educational workshops and retreat programs emphasize local herbal traditions.

Boasting Spectacular Ocean and sunset views from the top of the hillside, ZEZ is the perfect place to dine. A breakfast buffet offers Continental and Asian dishes, while a full American breakfast and some specialty dishes are available à la carte. For dinner, Mediterranean cuisine specialties include Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Greek, Turkish and Lebanese dishes. The restaurant's open-air design takes full advantage of Seychelles' warm, sunny weather.

ZEZ Bar
Infused with a warm and refined elegance, ZEZ Bar is the perfect spot to enjoy signature tapas and mezzas, pre-dinner cocktails or after-dinner drinks. The restaurant's atmosphere is enhanced by its views of the ocean

Kannel
