Senses:
Oriental flavours with an Indian Ocean touch.  Offering a delicious range of cuisine inspired by North African, Lebanese, Indian and Indian Ocean cuisines, Senses invites guests to enjoy the rich flavours of succulent tagines, tandoori prawns, fig-and-ginger sorbets and much more.  At lunchtime, delicious salads, grills and local seafood are on offer, while dinner tempts with à la carte choices paired with some of the finest wines.  The restaurant boasts the perfect beach resort location with terraces set by the water’s edge and tables overlooking the infinity pool, stretching to the sea beyond.  A soaring roof of wooden beams and traditional thatch captures the best of sea breezes and offers the perfect spot to enjoy tempting dining options under a star filled sky.

Noo:

Inventive international cuisine.  This spectacular, shell-shaped restaurant sits at the centre of the island and is a space of gentle curves and soft flowing lines.  Tables are set out on the sand under thatched roofs and slow turning ceiling fans, allowing diners to wriggle their toes in the sand and soak up the relaxing atmosphere of island life on their Maldives vacation.  The restaurant features international buffets for breakfast and dinner, with live cooking stations promising everything from wood-fired pizzas and grills to succulent stir-fries.  Evenings also feature lavish themed buffets complete with cultural entertainment to enrich your Maldives beach holiday.

Pure:
Tastes of modern Japanese dining.  Perched on stilts over the water, Pure features Japanese-style open cooking with a teppanyaki table, where the chef displays all his culinary skills carefully crafting dishes in front of guests.  Pass the evening under silk paper lanterns, surrounded by wooden latticework and minimalist Japanese style.  Enjoy gastronomic offers that bring out the best of raw produce and natural flavours in delicacies such as Kobe beef sushi rolls served with scallops, or seaweed and squid salad.  Seductive and elegant, Pure is the perfect place to enjoy the best of Japanese cuisine as the sea murmurs gently beyond the windows.  The restaurant is open evenings only, and tables should be reserved in advance.

East:
A culinary tour of the South East Asia.  The resort's Asian style restaurant stands above the water on the same pontoon as Pure, with a wonderful view out over the lagoon that is reminiscent of sitting on the prow of a ship.  A décor of rustic decks and old ship's riggings adds to the nautical theme, while colourful cushions and drifting fabrics add a luxurious touch.  The restaurant features the best of Cambodian, Indonesian, Thai, Sri Lankan, Hong Kong and Chinese-style buffets.

Season:
Sea breezy on the beach.  This daytime beach bar and restaurant, with its easygoing atmosphere, offers an array of delicious lunch options ranging from fresh salads, gourmet sandwiches, pizzas and pastas to indulgent grilled lobster.  Beach barbecues and seafood brochettes are also among the favourites.  Located directly on the beach only metres from the lagoon, this is just the spot for a midday pause under the parasols and bamboo sunshades: a Robinson Crusoe moment with a considerably more appetizing menu than the castaway enjoyed!

Allegria:
Cucina Italiana (Italian cuisine).  Allegria features authentic Italian food at a restaurant and bar right on the beach, with generous bay openings taking full advantage of the cool evening breezes cast off the ocean.  An open kitchen format lets guests watch the chefs at work through large windows.  As the evening unfolds, the ambience builds in vibrant and colourful Italian style.  Pizza dough twirls under the chef's nimble hands and antipasto, pastas and gnocchi dishes are created under fascinated diners’ eyes.  For those who prefer a more intimate atmosphere, Allegria's wine cellar can be booked for private dinners.  This forms a restaurant within a restaurant, where a few tables sit at the heart of the wine cellar.  Exclusive arrangements can also be made for small parties to dine there, indulge in fine wine and cheese tastings and learn more about the preparation of traditional Italian dishes.

Iru:
Barefoot Champagne bar.  This colourful, circular champagne bar by the beach earns its name from the Maldivian word for ‘sun’.  Facing the sunset, it couldn't be better named for an unforgettable aperitif at the end of the afternoon, accompanied by delectable à la carte canapés.  Linger over the splendours of a stunning Indian Ocean sunset with a glass of bubbly in hand. While dedicated to the pleasures of champagne, this bar has rich furnishings, combined with an informal, bare-foot ambience suitable to a Maldives beach holiday.  Enjoy a romantic slow dance on the deck, stroll along the beach or catch-up with friends amongst intimate and relaxed surrounds.

Veli:
Poolside drinks and seafood bistro.  The pool and beach bar – Veli means ‘sand’ in the local dialect – adjoins the resort's circular swimming pool and extends out to sea, with shimmering views of the lagoon on three sides.  The more casual menu tempts with pizzas, sandwiches and spring rolls, as well as Mediterranean-style tapas, mezze and antipasti.  Watch those long afternoons languish into balmy evenings by the pool and lagoon, savouring a cocktail and tropical fruit juice accompanied by canapés.
