Hôtel 20°Sud (20°South) has 34 rooms, oriented to the sea and sea view, and some of the beachfront rooms are less than 10 metres from the water. The accommodation is divided into 4 categories, all of which have rooms located on both ground and first floors : Charm Rooms -Beachfront Rooms - Suites and Austral Suite.

All have air-conditioning and either a beautiful terrace or balcony with views to the sea, on which to relax. The tasteful furniture includes queen size beds, and every room is equipped with flat screen LCD TV, free ADSL WIFI Internet access, minibar, hairdryer, personal room safe and coffee/tea maker.

The "beachfront" rooms the suites are equipped with a Nespresso® machine.

Each room has en-suite bathroom with stand-alone bathtub, separate double shower and a toilet. The 2 suites have also an external Jacuzzi. The Austral Suites have private swimming pool on ground floor and Jacuzzi on 1st floor.

20° Sud has a lovely outdoor fresh water swimming pool (heated in winter 26°) with a view of the sea. The hotel enjoys a small, private white sand beach with deck chairs and thatch kiosks. Swimming is excellent. Beach towels are supplied to clients.The hotel is a perfect location for windsurfers and catamaran lovers: a huge bay sheltered from the waves with a continual breeze all year long!
